A 2,000-gallon water tender delivered to the Volga Fire Department.
Tender 2 is a 2,000-gallon water tender built for the Volga Fire Department on a 2024 Freightliner M2 106 chassis — the heavy hauler that keeps water on scene when there's no hydrant in sight.
We built an enclosed tank body with roll-up compartments and finished it in Volga's black-and-red scheme with full chevron striping front to back. Off the rear it carries a Honda-powered portable pump and twin booster reels, so T2 can shuttle water to the brush trucks or pull its own attack line when the call demands it.
From the tank build to the graphics, Tender 2 was designed and fabricated in-house at Midwest Design in Arlington, SD.
